GALA SPECIAL NEEDS SHOWCASE & PARTY
SUNDAY, MAY 23 1:30-2:30PM
You are warmly invited to attend the Gala Showcase and Graduation Party for the Ballroom Dance Program for the special needs population (Intellectually disabled, Down Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum, etc.) on Sunday, May 23, 1:30-2:30pm, co-sponsored by the Central Florida Chapter of USA Dance and the Altamonte Springs Special Needs Activities Program.
This event will feature five exciting ballroom dance exhibitions by Special Needs dancers and their volunteer partners, plus volunteer dance performances and refreshments. Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted).
It will be in the beautiful Lake Brantley High School SOUTH Gymnasium, 1010 Sand Lake Rd, Alt. Springs. Take SR 436 west from I-4; turn right onto SR 434, go one mile+ to Sand Lake Rd intersection, and turn left on Sand Lake Rd. Lake Brantley HS is on your right, BUT its South Gymnasium is on the left side of Sand Lake Rd, behind Forest City Elementary School. Turn into the Forest City Elem School and park in their parking lot on the right, then follow the signs and balloons down the sidewalk alongside and behind the portable classrooms on the right of the school, and there is the Gymnasium where the showcases will be!
