Petey & the Ravens, to release new CD Album.
The Orlando Based Rock and contemporary blues band, is announcing the release of the new album titled "Petey & the Ravens".
Orlando, Florida. November 16th, 2010: The singer/songwriter known as Petey announce the release of their new CD album under their own independent label. This Album can be purchased and
download digitally or obtain a CD version from their main webpage www.Peteyandtheravens.com.
• The album was recorded during the period of one year at their studio located in the outskirts of Orlando, Florida. Engineered and mastered by
Petey & the Ravens.
• The Album features love songs like "Broken Heart" and "To say I love you", also instrumentals with a deep blue's feeling and some rock music. With
song titles like "War Cry", "My Child Went to War" among others, the
band's performance promises to raise your hairs on end as his haunting
guitar transports you to another place other than your living room or
automobile.
In a recent local radio interview Petey stated the following:
"I am not trying to be the best guitar player in the world...because I am not...all I am doing is expressing myself, and try to make good
music...hopefully, the public in their infinite wisdom will get the
message". He also stated : " when I was with
"Karma" many years ago, I worried about what people thought about me...I
was so wrong...What I needed to do was to connect with them...give them
something to identify with in our music...like being real...".
Petey, a well rounded musician, plays the guitar, Bass, drums and some harmonica.
The band members: Valentine Avila (Bass), Scott McGregor (Rhythm Guitar), and Christian Ruiz (drummer), complete the ensemble and perform in an
outstanding manner.

FREE BENEFIT CONCERT on January 8th, 2011, Rock into 2011, at Gator Harley-Davidson with the Southern Rock All Stars and the Shane Wooten Band.This concert will
benefit the Haven of Lake and Sumter Counties, safe home
for domestic violence and sexual assault. Gator Harley-Davidson 1745 Hwy 441, Leesburg, Fl 34748
