Last Calls & Liabilities

Coming to Orlando!

 

“The Last Calls & Liabilities” tour features headliner Pepper with special guests BALLYHOO! and The

Expendables, “After finishing Warped Tour with The Expendables, it was the perfect spring board

for the Fall Tour,” notes Yesod Williams of Pepper, “with BALLYHOO! throwing gas on the fire, all I can

say is BOOM!!”.

 

MTV.com selected BALLYHOO! as one of the top bands to watch for in 2011 and it would appear

they were correct. BALLYHOO! is having a paramount year - signing with LAW Records (the

independent record label that is owned by their tourmates, Pepper), headlining their own

national tour and releasing their first single from the new album, DAYDREAMS, “Say I’m Wrong”.

Now, the guys from Maryland are looking forward to taking it on the road, “We’re pumped to get

out on the road with Pepper this Fall. We’re looking forward to really shining under the LAW

umbrella and playing some of the new songs,” excitedly states Howi Spangler, lead singer and

guitarist of BALLYHOO!.

and end in Los Angeles, CA on October 9, 2011 at Club Nokia at LA Live.

ONE31’s DEBUT ALBUM RELEASE SHOW AT THE PLAZA LIVE

 

ONE31 is proud to present their debut self titled album release show on August 26th 2011 at 8:30pm. The concert will be held at The Plaza Live (425 N. Bumby Ave, Orlando, FL 32803). Since their formation in 2009, Orlando band ONE31 has been pushing boundaries. When soulful singer/songwriter Rebekkah Joy started working with rockers Felix Molina (drummer), Crystal Molina (bass) and Will Snyder (guitarist), what resulted was a unique sound that they have continued to develop. ONE31 combines the rock-infused flavor of Paramore and Mute Math with soulful vocals and musical technicality. Will, Felix and Crystal provide an auditory backdrop that swings from tight, infectious grooves to heartfelt, soul-baring ballads with ease. Rebekkah Joy’s powerful voice and even more powerful personality drive each song, making the listener feel each song on a level that goes beyond a catchy lyric. Her writing is both deeply personal and easy to connect with. No matter what the topic, there is always and inspirational message behind her lyrics. The combination of intensely open lyrics and flawless musicality has resulted in a band whose passion for music and their uncompromising beliefs are equally evident. As they created their original blend of soul, rock and pop, they continue to expand their sound and are now announcing the release of their debut self titled LP available first at their CD release at The Plaza Live on August 26th 2011, then to the public on August 30th 2011.
