Emotional eating? Do you really know when you are eating from an emotion?

How did you get rewarded when you were a kid? Did you get ice cream, chocolate, candy or maybe fruit or a nice meal?

Notice what is going on? Food as a happy reward, you feel good so you reward yourself with food. We all reward ourselves, glass of wine, nice meal, candy.

All emotional eating.

We also do the same thing when we feel bad, ice cream, pizza,chocolate a nice meal, wine.

Recognize when you are doing this and do the following.

When you feel the urge for food notice what the trigger is.
Take some deep breaths
Move away from the area, stand up, walk.
Meditate
My all time favorite do some tapping

If you are having a challenge with your emotional eating then know there is help.
