- Responsible for creating and executing media relations for the company with the goal of publicizing PFMG as a premiere unique full-service media source for small business marketing needs with an emphasis on social media marketing & management and governmental affairs. Serve as an official spokesperson to enhance the company's success by applying proactive and reactive communications strategy. Plan overall PR, media relations plan for the company, execute press outreach, media events, media calls, collateral, crisis communications support and press material development. Create PR programs that positively position our clients and align closely with marketing campaigns, using communications tools and practices, to reinforce all domestic and international media relations and outreach functions to include: developing, planning and strategic oversight of PFMG’s public relations and media inquiries. Develop and maintain departmental budget. Manage strategic planning for media relations efforts, approve media releases and Web content produced by staff, agencies and contractors. Networking: Gain client and press referrals, social media management and candidates.
