- ATLAS Performance Training is a performance training company for athletes.
The ATLAS Performance Training Mission:
To provide our athletes of all levels of experience with the tools to compete, and provide a foundation and/or improve the athletes strength and conditioning, speed and agility through proper coaching and program implementation.
ATLAS training programs develops young or the untrained athlete’s athletic movement. We apply a systematic progression of training methods which teaches the athlete the actual movement of the exercise and then applies more intensity to the exercise movement as the athlete’s performance improves. For experienced trained athletes we apply tried and true training methods, and innovative training techniques that improve athletic performance of our athletes. ATLAS Performance Training’s goal is to give an edge on the competition by simply helping them improve their athletic ability. Our motto is:
