May 5th 1pm – 3pm Emotional Freedom For Beginners (EFT) If you know some of EFT or have never heard of EFT then this workshop is for you. Learn how to unblock trapped Meridians that are causing you stress, pain, anxiety and generally negative thoughts and emotions.
Helen Vella has been certified in Meridian Energy Therapies and been using EFT in her practice and family for more than a decade. The results never stop amazing me.
