NOON - Sit for Lunch
Show up early at 11:30 for the MOST networking and to meet our "Showcase Sponsors."
11:30 - Check in, get a nametag, schmooze around and chit chat with other Connections members and our sponsors.
NOON - Sit for a delicious lunch... tell everyone about your business and pass business cards to everyone in the room. Then, enjoy your lunch and chat with those sitting around you.
It's a "laid back" no-stress kind of environment. Just like having lunch with your friends (you ARE having lunch with your friends), you'll have the chance to really get to know each other and build some good relationships.
Lunch is $20 at the door
...includes lunch, beverage, tax and tip
Menu / CHOICE OF:
1) Parmesan crusted chicken breast, Key West medley vegetables, & rice pilaf
2) Garden Grille Salad: crisp iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, sliced carrots, fresh tomatoes topped with grilled chicken strips. (vegan version - just ask for no chicken)
PLUS: Brownies for dessert!
Beverages: fountain sodas, ice tea, water

Potential clients need to "see" you 5-8 times before they take action
BOOST YOUR BUZZ!
One way to do that is to invite others to attend events you are attending anyway. Send out an email to your clients saying... I'm attending this and thought you might like to meet me there.
Now you have your NAME in front of them... they feel good because you thought about them and maybe they will even attend and you'll get another chance to make contact and continue to solidify that relationship.
Why not "INVITE" someone to attend THIS event... you could even use the "Invite Others to Join" link at the top of the page... and also paste the specific link to this event in the body of the message you include to them.

Sue - It says that 3 people are attending from Connections...do you have a number of those that are attending from other groups?

I expect we'll have 30- 60 there. Most people don't really know how to "rsvp" using the site... and we promote to all 15,000 members who get our email.. while only about 500 have signed up on this site since it was launched 2 months ago.
For instance... our last lunch I had only 12 RSVP's through the site AND email combined... yet almost 40 showed up for the event. Most people wait to RSVP until about 1-3 days before the event happens.
