How did this come about?
As the little 10 year old girl lay in a coma, her uncle would come and play his mandolin and other instruments as music therapy and vowed that if she made it through, he would have a concert for her.
Angelo Jannotti, aka: “Uncle Angelo”, is pleased to announce; CONCERT FOR CARLA!
Sunday, November 14th, will be an incredible day, filled with a wide range of music styles and sounds, by some of Central Florida’s hottest professional artists. From Swing to Jazz, to Country, Blues and Rock; there is something for everyone to enjoy.
We hope that you consider coming out to listen to the music, get a massage by Relief Restorative Massage and to shop with our vendors at the “Concert Marketplace”.
You’ll find companies that have doggie treats, vitamins, health food store, custom made jewelry, a woman’s boutique and more! They all are ready to donate their sales back to the event.
Bring the kiddos too. We have a children’s activity area with face painting, coloring, and an inflatable obstacle course! We’re in a discussion with the local art school to see if they’ll put on an art project there too.

…How is she now? …..
She has received over a year’s worth of chemotherapy, that they can call her “cancer free”, at this time. Along this journey, she has endured 14 surgeries, a 4 week coma, stroke, seizures that continue and has lost the ability to speak and walk.
Here she was an Olympic hopeful gymnast and now cannot even walk.
Can you believe she still has a positive attitude and you can still hear her giggle as young girl?
Our hope is that she will recover fully. She needs approximately 10 therapies a week to get her going in the right direction. Unfortunately, their family insurance will only pay for 6 weeks out of the entire year.
And she will need years of therapy. Along with therapy being paid out of pocket, the mounting medical bills are astronomical. This family needs our help.
