The Americas Cake Fair

More than 10,000 baking industry professionals and consumer cake enthusiasts from around the world will descend on Central Florida October 13-15 when The Americas Cake Fair makes its sweet return to the area. The largest trade and consumer show in North and South America dedicated to cake, chocolate, sugar arts and more will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
