How often is it that we come across a weight loss guide that utilizes meditation to do this? Very rarely and not often enough! That is why Grow Thin While You Sleep is an engrossing, special and unique book that is not to be missed if you want to better your emotional health as well as your physical health. In Grow Thin While You Sleep the reader will be taken on a breath-taking journey to regain themselves in the most uplifting, most accessible of ways. The reader will be guided by Daya Devi – Doolin, the exceptional author of this book and yes, she truly is outstanding thanks to her talent at writing as well as the wealth of knowledge she possesses.

Grow Thin While You Sleep is a self-help book that focuses on weight-loss as well as motivation for every aspect of your life. Daya Devi – Doolin will guide her reader through many important topics which will help all readers succeed in their goals. In Grow Thin While You Sleep, the reader will discover how to use their feelings to get what they want in life as well as ‘believing tools’ which are crucial if you’re going to succeed in fulfilling your goals. Doolin also stresses that the power of thought is one of the best gifts we can use and will help us be able to achieve whatever we want in life. The one section I loved the most throughout this whole book is one which made me realize something poignant – that we are all the masters of our own success! Doolin explains that we are all the masters of our own success, nobody else is going to succeed for us or achieve our personal goals, so this is incredibly poignant and needs to be known by everybody.

Grow Thin While You Sleep is a phenomenal book as it weaves many topics into one brilliant, beautifully organized guide. What I love about this book is that it teaches you how to achieve your goals through meditation. Doolin however also gives the reader some practical tips and tricks on how to achieve weight loss by listing some yummy juicing recipes for readers at the end of each section. I have tried a few of these recipes and they are so delicious so I hope that you lovely readers are able to try them too!

Daya Devi – Doolin is a fantastic writer and a woman I admire. The knowledge Doolin has is incredible, and I admire her for sharing all of her tips and tricks with us readers as they are incredibly useful and will benefit anybody who wishes to utilize them. I adore self-help books of late but sadly some are generic but Grow Thin While You Sleep is unique as it teaches weight loss through guided meditation and this is a topic not commonly written about in weight loss books. That is why Daya Devi – Doolin is a talented author whose work is not to be missed! As Grow Thin While You Sleep is a brilliant book that can change lives, I have no choice but to award this stunning book a dazzling Five Stars!
