I sell print advertising for Medical News, Inc. who is the largest network of trade healthcare newspapers in America. We only mail directly to physicians (DO's, MD's, DPM's) hospital administrators (c-list) and practice managers monthly.
It is beneficial to the physicians and hospitals that advertise and contribute editorial with us because it generates referrals back to them. For non-clinical advertisers, since we are a very niche market, they are put in front of doctors who need their services; thus generating more business for them.
A good lead for me would be a new doctor’s office opening, doctor’s office expanding, new doctor or support staff just hired, awards received by the healthcare industry or a business that works in the healthcare vertical who would like to get in front of our readers.
