Inspired by my father-in-law who thought that I can help make other people's dreams come true, i have been a Realtor in the Orlando area since 2004 . I did not realize just how much i love what i do until last September when my 21 year old first home buyer client told me after i handed her the key to her 4 bedroom/2 baths house " You just changed my life for the best and for that I will forever love you and will remember you for the 30 YEARS i will be living in this house"

If you or someone you know would like to make their dreams of home ownership come true or if you already own a home and would like to upgrade or downgrade, please email me at realtorjosee@gmail.com or visit my website at www.josee.kwrealty.com . I look forward to working with you.

I speak French, Swahili and English

WASHINGTON – April 24, 2009 – If first-time homebuyers wait until November

to sign a sales contract, it’s probably too late to get the $8,000 tax

credit. To qualify, buyers must close before Dec. 1 – a signed contract is

not enough. New construction should be started by mid-summer to qualify.
