- Jeff has 22 years of experience as an accountant. He was Accounting Director for a publicly traded company and has several years of SEC experience in both public and private accounting. Jeff has headed forensic accounting teams in both government and public accounting. As tax manger in a public accounting firm, Jeff helped business owners develop tax strategies for law firms, restaurants and grocery stores. He has performed controllership and consulting services for law firms, insurance brokers, semiconductor manufacturers, internet marketing and sales companies, biotechnology companies and various publicly held companies. Jeff is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New York.
