Heart to Heart: Community Care Homes, Inc. is dedicated to the needs of homeless women and children overcoming difficult life issues, including abuse, some with alcohol and drug issues. Heart to Heart is providing housing, jobs, education and support. Investing in the family’s future by implementing life-changing solutions including jobs and education the women become self-sufficient able to live in the community independently with their children.
A non-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization serving women and children in Central Florida since1992.
