- I am an entrepreneur and Realtor, working with various unique and cutting-edge companies which will effect positive change in the business world and provide excellent residual income streams for my team and myself.
I work as an entrepreneur currently with two companies: first, United First Financial, which is a mortgage acceleration and debt reduction software and coaching program which operates like a "Financial GPS" to help folks who are financially savvy and those who want to be more so. We can help people save significant amounts of money, and also increase their income nicely with only a couple of hours a week of time. UFirst has won 3 awards already for this program. U1st has also launced a product called Bizpack which I also represent; a business management tool including contact management, marketing system and, best of all, the Udeduct program which assists the user in logging income and expenses for tax purposes.
I also represent Xocai, The Healthy Chocolate. Everyone has heard that chocolate can be very beneficial to one's health -- this product, due to its processing, includes a broader range of health benefits plus is tasty! A wonderful "chocolate fix" for those of us who love chocolate and our good health! The company is growing dramatically and we are looking for team members to both sell the product and team build.
I have been a successful Realtor in Southwest Florida since 1994, currently with Islander Properties, Inc. in Englewood FL, working with both buyers and sellers primarily in the residential resale market.
