For those not familiar with this program:
It is a 10 year 4.75% loan with 10% down payment required upon approval, which is deposited in JP Morgan Chase or Citibank (or other approved TARP bank).
There is no prepayment penalty
Borrower must have good credit. (700+ FICO)
The new project must employ at least 10 new permanent employees.
The owner of the project must have experience in the business
Minimum net worth must be over $300,000.
