 Hello to Mr. James Ellis and fellow speakers,

My name is Kevin L. Manning I am a native of Detroit, Michigan I grew up in what I call a chronically dyslexic neighborhood with HIGH crime and LOW income, PLENTY of ambition but LIMITED opportunities, UPSCALE tastes but DOWNTRODDEN spirits and BEAUTIFUL people trapped in an UGLY environment. I prefer “INFORMATIVE” ACTION to that of affirmative action and share my personal testimony of overcoming adversity and prolific achievement throughout the continental United States and abroad. The combination of formal civilian & military training, specific career experience coupled with grace of God- innate ability and over 25 years of research in the target-specific area of “self-actualizing human potential” translates into an immediate ASSET for both individuals & groups young and old.  I am described as a speaker endowed with a high degree of intuitive connectivity to people and an equivalent spirit of SERVICE. I genuinely enjoy helping people live better lives and equip audiences with an easily implementable and practical ACTION plan for SUCCESS that will leave them without excuse to fail in business, school and life! I mix a healthy dose of humor and enthusiasm with empowering stories to deliver a high content message that “Empowers Audiences to Achieve Extraordinary Results!” I have delivered over 1,200 presentations for churches, business organizations, corporations, associations, colleges and universities for audiences ranging from 20-10,000.
