With tax time just around the corner, I wonder how many people are intrested in purchasing a home while
the markets are still down, foreclosures steady or rising. I have some great tips for home buyers, whether investment or personal residence, This may be the time to buy... I'll be back soon.

I believe it is the Perfect time to Buy. Might be too late next month or so. That is what stimulus pkgs do. jump start. then its gone. Those that were true entreprenuers will survive.

I Agree with you Sheree, for those foks who have some money this is definately the best time to buy...with low prices (foreclosure and short sales) combined with very low interest rates and Tax credit for first time home buyers, it can't get better than this.

Home Buyer Tax Credit expires soon! You must be under contract by March 31, 2010~ There's still time to get up that tax credit of up to $8000!

I am an independent Consultant and I work in 3 basic areas.
1) The small Business Financial Services arena. I work with a local comapnay named Empire Capital Solutions and we provide Business Loans and Equipment Leasing for Small Business Owners. This solves the business owners problem of obtaining working capital to expand or have money for emergency expenses or what ever. Now it is very difficult to obtain a business loan from a Bank, but our lenders are aggressive and flexible and loan money on the performance of the business and Not on the credit of the owner. Small businesses such as Restaurants and Retail Sores are the best potential clients. I offer referral fees to those who refer my services. 2) The second area of Financial services I provide is Purchase Money for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Buyers and Sellers. I work with a new company called Repair Financial Problems. We have Private Money partners that are willing to finance just about anyone to get them into a new Home or Commercial Building regardless of credit. We also help the Buyers repair their credit and reduce their debts so that they can re-finance into an FHA loan 1-2 years later. This helpng Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Investors, and For Sale Ny Owners sell more homes in this tight lending market. Banks are not lending money for Real Estate buyers like they were just a couple of years ago. So our services meet a growing need and can help both sides succeed in making more sales of Homes. We also offer a very popular service known as Principal Reduction (Mortgage) for homeowners that are "upside down" in their Mortgage versus the current value of their home. Most people do not want to go into foreclosure and lose their home so we can help them stay in the home and reduce what they owe the Bank.
3) The third area I work in is a Direct Sales Health related company called Geogenex. They are just launching a New Life-Changing line of Probiotic Products after many years of research and testing. These products are not "Me Too" products and they will have a dramatic effect on people's daily lives and on various health issues that we all face. They apply to all consumers and also to the Medical community of Hospitals, Doctors, Clinics, Dentists, Vetinarians, and other commecial businesses that deal with making sure the offices and work places are clean and safe from bad bacteria. We are currently looking for Direct Sales Reps to get started marketing and selling these new probiotic products.
