Knowing what expenses to focus on or specific services within a spend category that pose the greatest opportunity for cost reduction is exactly what we do. We look at a companies expenses and provide a complimentary cost "check-up" done by industry experts to determine if cost reduction opportunity exists, or if the company is paying pretty much what they should be for products and services. We focus on non-core areas of business: telecom, freight, courier, uniforms, temp services, merchant card fees and more. If we find savings that are acceptable to our client, we simply split the savings equitably over a specific period of time while we continue to monitor the implementation. If we find no savings, there simply is no fee for our services.
