You have heard the saying " Trying to do the same thing and expecting different results is a form a insanity". Well , how we do anything, just about, has changed. And is changing. So when we try to change what is going on the old fashion way, thinking it through, rarely works.
How about going beyond that brain of ours. Yes, it is ours even though it seems to run with out us trying at all. But I feel that really changing our blueprint of our inner world is the saniest way to go.
