Divisions Inc. (www.DivisionsInc.com) needs an energetic and highly motivated District Manager to oversee our Orlando territory.  With a concentration on big box retailers, property management, and commercial markets, Divisions Inc. provides maintenance services by building relationships with clients and providers, and relying on our team’s knowledge of property management and/or maintenance industries.   The District Manager reports to the Regional Manager, and is responsible for working with the National Sales Team and National Account Management Teams to establish corporate accounts, generate new business through local contracts, as well as maintaining accounts and adding on services to ensure continued growth.  He/she will oversee the Orlando territory, including supervision of Providers.

 

Responsibilities include an emphasis on business to business customer relationship building.  The District Manager makes regular visits to local and corporate customers in support of maintenance contracts, with an eye toward the opportunity to add-on services, as well as responding to issues that arise, in a timely manner.  Additionally, he/she researches and screens providers, including regular follow-up via on site quality and accuracy audits, to ensure quality service and performance standards are being administered.  In overseeing the territory, the District Manager has budgetary responsibilities. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

·         1-2 years experience in property management, construction, landscaping, plumbing or electrical, or a familiarity with such trades through another line of work. 

·         Minimum 2 years sales experience

·         Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

·         Proven ability to operate within budget, establish sales margins and manage profit and loss

·         Demonstrated creativity to make connections with clients and potential clients

·         Excellent time management and follow-up skills

·         Self confidence and motivation

·         Proven success of setting and achieving goals for future growth opportunities

·         Bachelors Degree required

·         Computer proficiency a must
