First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit is Expiring!
We don't know yet whether it will be extended at all.
First time home buyers are running out of time to qualify for that up to $8,000 tax credit. Homes must close by November 30th to qualify. There are a few homes that may be eligible for a quick closing by 11/30, but you need to act now.
Even if you owned a home in the past, as long as it has been longer than 3 years, you may qualify. Contact me with any questions and I can let you know whether you would qualify or not.
