It is much easier to begin now while time is still on our side and the healing can be done gradually.
Most aware people think that by spreading the word (mainly to the already converted) going to lecture and reading and meditating is all the ascension entails. However there is much work to be done and unfortunately most of you are not open to doing this.
You really do not realize the suppressed emotion that we humans have deep in our unconscious. Many suffer from depression, so rather than work through the emotions that are causing this infliction you choose to take medication, which only causes a deeper suppression.
Anti-depressive drug therapy or any medication to treat mental illness, are used by many of you to cop with the stress and to suppress emotions. Unfortunately it works as a band aid and do nothing to treat the underlying cause of the affliction. Drugs have become the easy way out. Instead of using therapy that gets at the root of the problem we obliterate it with drugs. Drugs are intended to serve the purpose of allowing our minds to cope with psychotherapy, for a sick mind finds it hard to be think rationally.
The energy from the 4th and 5th dimensions that will flood our beings will be so strong as to nullify the affects of the drug therapies. Every illness, whether physical or mental is the result of emotions, whether suppressed or not. Most are suppressed and it is up to us now to work on clearing our emotional bodies. It is preferable to do this now before the world as we know it ceases to be prolifically of third and fourth dimensional density.

Time is running out and if you wish to ascend into the light as fully open to the new energies, now is the "time" to do it. Then you will live a life of constant harmony as you will have no more mood swing but Joy in your heart.
