Sisters Take Charge is a fun-filled one day event which presents practical information about changing nutritional habits and lifestyle behaviors to reduce the risk of diet-related illnesses such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and hypertension. The seminar also addresses issues concerning stress, relationships, and becoming financially fit- all geared towards women!
