For the benefit of the “Gift of Life” charity!
Prizes to include Big Screen TV, Golf foursome, Offshore fishing, and much more!
• Event sponsor $1,000 – (The event will be titled after the sponsor + 4 players

• Table $250 – (2 players, company name on the table and listing in all media)
