MUSTARD SEED COMMUNITY AUCTION ON OCT. 9

The Mustard Seed, a nonprofit furniture and clothing bank in Orlando for over 26 years, will be holding a community auction on Saturday, October 9 beginning at 9 a.m. A veriety of surplus furniture items will be available for auction and purchase. Preview begins at 9 a.m., Auction starts at 11 a.m.

The mission of The Mustard Seed is to help to rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy by providing household furnishings and clothing. The Mustard Seed collects donations of furniture, appliances, household items, toys, anything and everything needed to create a home. We grant the donated items free of charge to economically qualifying families and individuals. Since 1984, The Mustard Seed has served the homeless, domestic violence victims, welfare recipients, the elderly, the disabled, disaster victims, and others struggling to re-establish a home in the Central Florida area.
