One of the biggest national and international proponents of increasing trade with Latin-America, the Honorable Francisco Sanchez, the former undersecretary of commerce for international trade, will discuss why the business world needs to pay attention to Latin America at a dinner gala on Sept. 1, 2015 at the Doubletree by Hilton, 4500 W. Cypress Blvd. in Tampa.

Hosted by the Course of Action Foundation, an emerging Tampa-based economic development group focusing on Latin America, the gala will bring together top business leaders in the region. Because Tampa Bay is in a favorable position, both geographically and culturally, to be a leading market for U.S.-Latin American trade, the group’s vision is to maximize the economic growth potential of Florida’s west coast.
