Event Description
Dine and Dance for $20 each in advance at a community-based fundraiser to benefit camper scholarships for developmentally disabled to attend Camp Thunderbird.
Social hour begins at 6 pm, Italian dinner and dance starts at 7 pm. Call Rosa from Camp Thunderbird for tickets: (407) 889-8088, (407) 375-5148. Call for information to access electronic payment for tickets. No tickets at door.
Camp was started in 1979 in the Wekiwa Springs State Park to allow respite to caregivers and let the disabled experience a natural setting and a camping experience like average children and adults.
