Confused about all the issues regrding health care? Then this forum is for you. Joan Kelly-Williamson from Lumbra, Robinson & Associates, along with Dale Maloney, LUTCF, CSA, President of BDI Benefits Division, Inc., will help us navigate through the complexities of health insurance.
Dale will provide a comparison of the House and Senate bills and how it may impact businesses if the bill is passed in the current form. Joan will also address the proposed COBRA extension and what that means to employers. The bill is expected to be signed by President Obama and effective 1/1/2010.
