Join Young Fathers of Central Florida as we embrace aspects of Fatherhood and provide informative events to assist dads seeking to be a positive influence in their children's lives.
All events are during the week of Fathers Day. June 15th thru June 21st.
Mon 6/15 6pm- 8pm - RESPONSIBLE FATHERHOOD & BLACK MALE ACHIEVEMENT. Open discussion with area Leaders, Service Agencies, & Fatherhood Practitioners. Guest panel and speakers. Callahan Community Center - 101 N. Parramore Av., Orlando 32805
Tues 6/16 6pm - 8pm - FATHER'S RIGHTS & CHILD SUPPORT. Get answers to your questions regarding your visitation rights & child support issues. Experienced Child Support professionals and Family Lawyers will be on panel. Callahan Community Center - 101 N. Parramore Av., Orlando 32805
Wed 6/17 6pm - 8pm - MENTORING EVENT. Mentoring agencies will be on hand. Anyone looking for a mentor is encouraged to come. Thur 6/18 6pm - 8pm - LITERACY & EDUCATION FAIR. If you need to get your education back on track this event will help you find resources and programs available. Educators, Literacy Specialists will be on hand to answer questions. Jackson Community Center - 1002 Carter St., Orlando FL 32805
Fri 6/19 5pm - 8pm - ENTREPRENEUR & EMPLOYMENT. Open discussion with entrepreneurs, financial literacy professionals, education and employment specialists. Job seekers, prospective students, potential business owners - this night is for you! Smith Center, 1723 Bruton Blvd, Orlando FL 32805
